This week the Israel Ministry of Communications capped exit fines by Internet service providers, cable and satellite television, and telephony, after abolishing fines by mobile carries earlier this year. For exmaple if you want to change service providers, the maximum fine you would pay to change would now be 8% of the average monthly bill, times the number of months left in your contract. Another interesting communications tidbit is that Rami Levy Communications will begin offering a new mobile service this month. Prices are supposed to be very competitive.
